JPJQ's Recording Debut!

Just a few days before hitting the road for Portland, Adam and I, along with Andrew Smith (guitar) and Max Ley (drums) hit the gorgeous Monarch Studios in East Vancouver, BC to lay down tracks for the JPJQ's first record!

It was a fantastic day and we got a lot of terrific material that we can't wait to share with all of you! Monarch Studios was the perfect place to record something that we hope sounds pretty much like one of our live shows - with all the excitement and emotion and the fun we have playing together.

As soon as this recording is mixed down we will be launching it with cd release parties on both sides of the border! It's going to be an amazing party and we want you all to be there! This is actually my first time in the studio to be working on my own project and I'm excited and nervous and SO grateful I had these great guys by my side (or at least in adjoining rooms)!
